Oak is meditation and breathing exercise app.
Unlike the competition it’s not begging for subscription on every screen.
There are both unguided and guided courses available, divided into variants such as: Mindful, Sleep, Loving Kindness etc.
The user is free to choose their lecturer’s voice for guided sessions, pick one from a set of pleasant background sound themes (or none at all) and set the session duration.
I usually mute all notifications, but Oak’s are calm and non intrusive, that’s really something else. You can schedule your reminders freely. The one I got recently was:
