I started listening to podcasts daily. Turns out they're the panacea for my trouble with falling asleep.
One of the most interesting ones is the Tim Ferriss Show.
It's a series of interviews with extraordinary people. A very thoughtful production, covering a wide range of topics such as personal development, meditation, coping strategies, writing, investing, routines and habits.
Each episode, I deconstruct world-class performers from eclectic areas (investing, sports, business, art, etc.) to extract the tactics, tools, and routines you can use. This includes favorite books, morning routines, exercise habits, time-management tricks, and much more.
So far I'm in awe.
